Richard Mancini started a Heavy Underground Construction Co, which specialized in the construction of large diameter pipelines for municipal & sewer projects throughout the state of Michigan in 1965. Richard developed and built his first building in 1973. Today, Danny & Eddie, sons of Richard, currently run Mancini Development, LLC (Florida), Mancini Development, LLC (Michigan), and Ric-Man Construction Florida, INC .
